Serol Demirhan — Biography

Serol Demirhan (born 5 December 1988 in Altındağ) is a Turkish former footballer. Born in the Altındağ district of Ankara, he played mainly as a left-back, was also deployed on the wing, and represented Turkey at under-19 level.

He began his professional career with his home-city club MKE Ankaragücü and moved to Eskişehirspor in May 2012. In the summer of 2014 he agreed terms with Mersin İdmanyurdu, with whom he played in the Süper Lig; Osmanlıspor also features in his career record.

In later years he continued in the lower divisions, largely with Ankara-based clubs: Mamak FK, Keçiörengücü, Turanspor and Ankara Demirspor are among the teams he turned out for. A message of support he published for his former club Eskişehirspor in 2023 was picked up by the Turkish press.
