Seray Şahiner — Biography
Born on February 15, 1984, in Bursa, Seray Şahiner is a Turkish author and journalist who studied at Istanbul University's Faculty of Communications. Her work centers on class issues told through female characters, written in a humorous voice.
She debuted with the short story collection Gelin Başı and went on to win the Yunus Nadi Story Award for her collection Hanımların Dikkatine and the Orhan Kemal Novel Award for her novel Kul.
