Şenol Fidan — Biography

Born on 29 January 1966 in Istanbul, Şenol Fidan is a former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Standing 1.78 m tall, he was part of the Beşiktaş squad that won three consecutive Turkish first-division titles between 1989 and 1992.

After retiring as a player, Fidan moved into coaching, serving as an assistant to Abdullah Avcı at Beşiktaş and briefly taking interim charge of the first team. He later led Tuzlaspor through several separate spells, was appointed head coach of Batman Petrolspor in 2024, and departed that post in January 2025.
