Sefa Yılmaz (born 14 February 1990 in Berlin) is a German-born Turkish footballer who plays as a winger. Wikidata records both Turkish and German citizenship and gives his height as 1.83 m. The German Wikipedia notes that his older brother Murat Yılmaz is also a professional footballer.

The Persian Wikipedia article lists Trabzonspor, Wolfsburg, Kayserispor and Duisburg among his clubs, so his career reads as split between Germany and Turkey. At international level he appeared for Turkey's under-21 side, the Turkey B team and the senior national team.

The Turkish Wikipedia line saying he "plays for Süper Lig club Sivasspor" is an old snapshot and should not be read as his current club.
