Sedat Bayrak — Biography
Sedat Bayrak (born 10 April 1981 in Yomra) is a Turkish former footballer. Wikidata and DBpedia place his birth in the Yomra district of Trabzon, while Turkish and German sources refer more generally to Trabzon. He played as a centre-back.
His career was spent largely in the Turkish leagues, with sources linking him to the squads of Akçaabat Sebatspor, Trabzonspor, Orduspor, Sivasspor, Gençlerbirliği, Ankaragücü, Elazığspor and Erzurumspor. He joined Gençlerbirliği in July 2013 and moved to Elazığspor in 2018. He also represented Turkey's A2 national side.
His style of play drew attention in its own right: around 2010 the Turkish sports press described him as the league's most combative player, while during his Sivasspor years he was listed among the club's most consistent performers.
