Salih Uçan — Biography
Salih Uçan was born on 6 January 1994 in the Marmaris district of Muğla and started out in the youth ranks of Marmaris Belediyespor before moving to Bucaspor in 2008 and turning professional in 2010.
After two seasons with Bucaspor, the midfielder moved to Fenerbahçe, with whom he won the Süper Lig title, the Turkish Cup, and the Super Cup during the 2013-14 season. He was later loaned to Roma in Italy and to Sion in Switzerland, and played for Empoli in the 2018-19 season. He joined Alanyaspor in 2019, and after one of his most productive seasons there, signed with Beşiktaş in 2021, where he won the 2023-24 Turkish Cup and two Super Cup titles. He scored and assisted for Turkey's under-20 side at the 2013 World Cup and was called up to the senior national team that same year.
When his contract with Beşiktaş lapsed in July 2026, the club confirmed his exit.
