Sait Karafırtınalar — Biography
Sait Karafırtınalar was born in İzmir in 1969. He began his football career in Bucaspor's youth system and played mainly for clubs in the Aegean region before moving into coaching, starting out as a youth coach at Bucaspor in 2003.
He went on to serve as assistant coach at Denizli Belediyespor, Muğlaspor, Bucaspor and Göztepe, before being named interim head coach at Bucaspor in the 2010-11 season and keeping the role the following season after a strong run of results. He later managed Karşıyaka and, in the 2021-22 season, Boluspor, before being appointed head coach of Fethiyespor in November 2025. His side put in a notable performance against Galatasaray in the Turkish Cup in January-February 2026, and as of July 2026 he has said the club's goal is a top-five league finish.
