Şahika Ercümen — Biography
Şahika Ercümen was born in 1985 in Çanakkale.
She completed her education in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Başkent University and later earned her master's degree.
Interested in water sports, Şahika Ercümen has held 6 world records since 2014.
She has won many medals in swimming and water sports competitions since 1998.
Holding an International Freediving Instructor License, Şahika Ercümen broke a world record in 2014 by descending to -91 meters on a single breath.
That same year, she set a new record by performing a 72-meter dive in the rope-assisted no-fins freediving category.
She was one of the contestants on Survivor 2017, broadcast on Tv8, which was presented and produced by Acun Ilıcalı.
