Sabri Sarıoğlu — Biography
Sabri Sarıoğlu was born on 26 July 1984 in Çarşamba, Samsun. A right-back by position, the former Turkish international spent nearly his entire playing career at Galatasaray.
Having joined the club's youth setup in 1999, he went on to make 475 official first-team appearances for Galatasaray through 2017, winning six league titles and becoming one of the players most closely associated with the club's history. He also earned caps for the Turkey national team, and moved into coaching after retiring from playing.
