Şaban Özdoğan — Biography

Şaban Özdoğan is a Danish former footballer of Turkish descent, born in Copenhagen on 14 March 1990. During his playing career he wore the colors of F.C. Copenhagen, one of the storied clubs of the Danish Superliga, and after hanging up his boots he stayed close to the game by taking on a coaching role at Ishøj IF.

Beyond football, one of his more notable turns came off the pitch: he played the character “Hakan” in the 2005 Danish film Af banen, a role that made him a recognizable name both on the field and on screen.
