Rıdvan Öncel (born 21 February 1997 in Ankara) is a Turkish professional basketball player who plays as a point guard. Standing 1.92 m tall, he currently plays for Trabzonspor of the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL).
Öncel previously played for Galatasaray before joining Trabzonspor in June 2026. The experienced point guard also competes in the FIBA Champions League alongside his domestic league commitments, and has established himself as one of the league's notable playmakers.
