Özlem Yalman — Biography
Özlem Yalman (born 30 April 1977 in Adana) is a Turkish professional basketball referee, a former basketball player and a physical education teacher. She studied at Ege University.
After her playing career she turned to officiating and became a FIBA-listed international referee. In 2019 she drew attention as the Turkish referee at the EuroLeague final; in 2021 she officiated at the Women's EuroLeague Final Four, and in 2022 she received further assignments from FIBA.
Yalman is regarded as one of Turkey's leading female basketball referees and combines her officiating career with teaching physical education.
