Ozan Çolakoğlu — Biography
Ozan Çolakoğlu is a Turkish composer, songwriter and record producer born in Adana. Educated at Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi, he built much of his career around a long-running collaboration with pop star Tarkan, composing a large share of the singer's catalogue.
Çolakoğlu co-founded the production company Sarı Ev early in his career before leaving in 2010 to continue his work at dB Müzik. Beyond popular music, he has also scored several Turkish films, including G.O.R.A., The Magician and Ask Tesadüfleri Sever, extending his reach from the recording studio to the screen.
He is married to singer Gülşen, and the couple's long relationship has frequently drawn attention in the Turkish entertainment press.
