Onur Doğan — Biography

Onur Doğan was born on 8 September 1987 in Çanakkale and grew into a 1.83 m forward. He relocated to Taiwan in 2009 and was naturalized as a Taiwanese citizen in 2014, adopting the local name Chu En-Le (朱恩樂) in the process.

The same year he gained citizenship, Doğan earned his first cap for the Chinese Taipei national team, becoming the first naturalized foreign-born player to represent Taiwan. At club level in the Taiwan Premier League he turned out for Tatung FC and Taichung Futuro, and a 2023 Goal.com feature noted he remained one of the national team's standout figures with his Çanakkale roots.
