Önder Çengel — Biography
Önder Çengel (born 21 July 1982 in Kahramanmaraş) is a Turkish-Swiss former professional footballer who played as a striker and holds both Turkish and Swiss citizenship.
At the start of the 2004–05 season, Turkish champions Fenerbahçe tried Çengel and Gökhan Inler at their pre-season training camp in Germany, but coach Christoph Daum decided against signing either player. In 2005 he joined Diyarbakırspor, where he appeared only twice as an unused substitute.
In 2007 he signed for FC Winterthur and agreed a three-year contract with Gaziantepspor; he moved to Karşıyaka in 2008.
