Oltan Karakullukçu, born 7 July 1991 in Gümüşhane, is a Turkish footballer who plays as a forward. Over his career he has represented clubs including Ankaraspor, Afyonspor, Pendikspor, BB Erzurumspor, and Gençlerbirliği, notably scoring against Beşiktaş in the Ziraat Turkish Cup while at BB Erzurumspor.
After joining 24 Erzincanspor in the summer of 2025, he left the club in December of that year and signed with Ispartaspor in January 2026, where he currently continues his career.
