Okay Köksal — Biography
Okay Köksal was born on May 6, 1987 in Artvin. He graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at the Yaşar Doğu Faculty of Sports Sciences of 19 Mayıs University. He began his sports career in primary school, when wrestling coaches visiting his class selected him for the Artvin Yusufeli Wrestling Training Center. After earning numerous placements in high school, he was selected for the Junior National Team and represented Turkey. In 2007 he made the national team at the Youth Turkey Wrestling Championship and the International Champions Tournament, winning many successes. Köksal, who is married, stands 1.65 meters tall and weighs 73 kilograms. He became known in 2019 by competing in Survivor Türkiye-Yunanistan on TV8.
