Okan Avcı — Biography

Okan Avcı was born on 29 November 1984 in Muğla and works in Turkish cinema as both an actor and a director. His screen credits include Sivas (2014), in which he played a teacher, the Hollywood production The Two Faces of January (2014) alongside Viggo Mortensen, İftarlık Gazoz (2016) and Çoğunluk (2010). He also took the part of Osman in the 2023 drama Hesitation Wound (Tereddüt Çizgisi), a Turkey-Spain-Romania-France co-production that Selman Nacar wrote and directed, and which was shown in the Orizzonti lineup of the 80th Venice International Film Festival.
