Oğuzhan Aydoğan — Biography
Oğuzhan Aydoğan (born 4 February 1997 in Marl, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a German-Turkish footballer who plays as a midfielder. He was born in Germany and holds both German and Turkish citizenship; some sources describe him simply as German and others as Turkish, but most record the dual nationality.
He moved from Borussia Dortmund to Beşiktaş in August 2016. First-team opportunities in Istanbul proved scarce: he was loaned out in August 2017, and in mid-2020 the Turkish press was still asking why he was not being played.
He signed for Menemenspor in January 2022 and for Düzcespor in August 2023. Sources also record a spell with Bashkimi 1947 at one stage of his career.
