Oğuz Dağlaroğlu — Biography

Born on August 18, 1979, in Istanbul, Oğuz Dağlaroğlu is a retired Turkish goalkeeper. A product of Fenerbahçe's youth system, he became known in the early 2000s as the club's backup keeper behind Rüştü Reçber, and he is also the grandson of former Fenerbahçe player and executive Rüştü Dağlaroğlu.

During his career he also played for clubs such as Akhisarspor and Adana Demirspor, and after hanging up his gloves he moved into coaching. Over the years he additionally drew attention in the Turkish sports press as an owner of racehorses that won several races.

A graduate of Istanbul University's School of Business, Dağlaroğlu closed out his playing career with Sarıyer.
