Necmi Mutlu — Biography
Necmi Mutlu (born 15 February 1935 in Istanbul) is a Turkish former international footballer and football manager who played as a goalkeeper.
Strongly associated with Beşiktaş, he spent 13 seasons with the club before retiring, winning the 1. Lig title three times as well as the President Cup and the Prime Minister's Cup once each. With 241 appearances, he holds the record for the most games as a goalkeeper in the club's history.
He also represented Turkey at international level and later worked as a manager, and is regarded as one of the most important goalkeepers in Beşiktaş history.
