Nagehan Akşan is a Turkish women's football player born on 22 February 1988 in Trabzon. She began her career as a midfielder for İdmanocağı Kadın Futbol Takımı before later also featuring as a defender in the Women's Super League, wearing jersey number 61 for club side ALG.
