Musab Ekici — Biography

Musab Ekici was born on March 5, 1992, in Elazığ and trained at the Theatre Department of the İstanbul State Conservatory. Long active in theatre, he received the Jury Special Award at the Sadri Alışık Cinema and Television Awards.

He made his television debut playing Mert in the 2015 series Acil Aşk Aranıyor, and later joined the Kanal D series İsimsizler, led by Uğur Güneş, Algı Eke and Bülent Alkış, as the character Derman.

In 2023 he played Kenan in Nuri Bilge Ceylan's film Kuru Otlar Üstüne, which received a standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival, and the production continued to draw media coverage as its release rolled out into 2026.
