Muhabbet — Biography
Murat Ersen (born 3 August 1984 in Cologne), known professionally as Muhabbet, is a Turkish-German singer, songwriter and actor.
His music blends arabesque-influenced oriental pop with contemporary R&B, a style he himself dubbed “R'n'Besk”. Writing lyrics in both German and Turkish, he reaches audiences on both sides of the Turkish-German cultural sphere.
Besides his music career, Muhabbet appeared as an actor in the 2008 feature film “Evet, ich will!”.
