Meryem Koç — Biography
Meryem Koç is a Turkish women's football goalkeeper, born on 28 November 1996 in Antakya. She began her career as a forward at Hatay Dumlupınarspor in 2009, before switching to goalkeeper after moving to Adana İdmanyurduspor in 2012.
She joined Ataşehir Belediyespor in 2018 and competed with the club in the UEFA Women's Champions League, and by 2023 was playing for the Trabzonspor women's team. At international level, Koç represented Turkey's under-19 team in 2014, making 11 appearances, before being called up to the senior national team in 2015, featuring in Turkey's UEFA Women's Euro 2017 qualifying matches in Group 5.
