Mert Özyıldırım — Biography
Mert Özyıldırım is a Turkish footballer born on 28 February 1995 in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara. Versatile enough to operate either in central defense or in midfield, he has spent most of his professional career in Turkey's lower divisions.
After a spell with Karabük İdman Yurdu, Özyıldırım moved on to TFF Second League side Kırşehir Futbol SK, where he has continued his career primarily as a midfielder. His ability to also fill in as a center-back has made him a flexible option for coaches over the years.
