Mehmet Hayri Koç was born on November 7, 1988, in Istanbul; standing 1.88 meters tall with brown eyes and a Scorpio zodiac sign, he trained as an actor before starting his career.

He began his screen career in 2017 with the daily series Esaretim Sensin, broadcast on Star TV, in which he played the character Emir — his first role in front of a television audience and one that introduced him among the younger generation of actors; the Istanbul-born performer thus took the opening step of his acting career through this project.
