Mahmud İmamoğlu — Biography
Mahmud Selim İmamoğlu was born on 23 January 1991 in Vienna to a family with Turkish roots. Raised and trained in Austria, he developed into a versatile player capable of featuring in both defensive and midfield roles.
After beginning his career in Austria, İmamoğlu moved to Turkey, where he represented First League (1. Lig) side İstanbul Güngörenspor, making his last appearance for the club on 17 November 2011. Holding dual Austrian-Turkish citizenship, he was part of a generation of diaspora footballers who built careers on both sides of the border.
