Lucija Šerbedžija — Biography

Lucija Šerbedžija is a Croatian actress and model. Born in Zagreb, she is the daughter of the well-known actor Rade Šerbedžija and the sister of actor Danilo Šerbedžija. Internationally she is best known for playing a Russian prostitute in the 1997 English-language film The Saint, starring Val Kilmer, in which her father also appeared.

Her earliest listed films are Mondo Bobo and The Saint, both from 1997. She has won the Golden Arena for Best Actress twice: in 1999 for Madonna and in 2001 for Slow Surrender. In the same period she also appeared in Celestial Body (2001).

In the 2000s she played Eva Bebek in Remake (2003) and Sara in Infection (2003), and Lica Svilar in 72 Days (2010). Alongside acting she also works as a model.
