Levent Ayçiçek — Biography

Levent Ayçiçek (born 14 February 1994 in Nienburg/Weser, Lower Saxony) is a German-born footballer of Turkish descent who played as an attacking midfielder. Standing 1.68 m, he holds both Turkish and German citizenship; his brother Deniz Ayçiçek is also a footballer.

Ayçiçek was developed in Germany, appearing for Werder Bremen and 1860 Munich and representing Germany at several youth international levels. He later moved to the Turkish league system, joining Adana Demirspor in 2019 before playing for Bandırmaspor, where his contract was renewed for two further years in 2023.

Some French- and Russian-language sources give his date of birth as 12 February 1994, but the principal records give 14 February 1994. English-language references describe him as a former professional.
