Kerim Çalhanoğlu — Biography
Kerim Çalhanoğlu is a German-Turkish footballer born on August 26, 2002, in Mannheim, Germany. A cousin of the prominent Turkish international Hakan Çalhanoğlu, he began his youth career representing Turkey before switching allegiance to Germany's U16 and U20 national youth sides.
In June 2020, he signed with Schalke 04, standing out as one of the club's promising young players of Turkish descent. Over his career he has featured in both midfield and left-back roles, and since September 2025 has played for Croatian club HNK Vukovar 1991.
