Kemal Rüzgar — Biography
Kemal Rüzgar, born on 20 June 1995 in Dillenburg, Germany, is a Turkish-German forward. He began his professional career with Fortuna Düsseldorf II in 2015 before playing for Fortuna Düsseldorf, VfL Osnabrück and FC Viktoria Köln, then moved to Turkey, turning out for Altınordu, Çaykur Rizespor, Manisa FK, Boluspor, Şanlıurfaspor, Menemen Belediyespor and Sarıyer. He has also represented Turkey at under-18 international level.
Playing in the TFF 2. Lig for Kahramanmaraş İstiklalspor, where his goalscoring drew attention, Rüzgar left the club in May 2026. The following month he agreed to join Elazığspor, signing a contract with his new team in June 2026.
