Kandemir Konduk (b. September 4, 1945, Istanbul) is a Turkish playwright and screenwriter.

Kandemir Konduk graduated from Edirne High School and worked in various fields during his youth, including accounting, textiles, peddling, and theatrical acting. Konduk, who began writing short stories, had his comedic writings published in newspapers and magazines. In 1982, he worked with Müjdat Gezen on a project called "Güldürü Üretim Merkezi" (GÜM). He wrote many plays performed by the actors of Devekuşu Kabare. The writer also worked as a screenwriter and took on the production of a film.
