Jankat Yılmaz — Biography

Jankat Yılmaz was born on 16 August 2004 in the Fatih district of Istanbul and is a Turkish goalkeeper who came through Galatasaray's youth ranks into the club's first-team squad.

He spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Eyüpspor, and by the summer of 2026 he was once again at the center of transfer talk: reports said Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk initially blocked a departure, before further reports indicated the club could not meet his terms and that Eyüpspor had renewed its interest in signing him.

Yılmaz has spoken publicly about his future, and where his Süper Lig career continues is expected to become clear as the transfer window progresses.
