İlyas Yalçıntaş — Biography

İlyas Yalçıntaş (born 7 March 1989 in Erzincan) is a Turkish singer-songwriter. He became known in 2014 when he competed in X Factor Türkiye with the song "İncir", written by İskender Külekçi and composed by Orçun Karamuk.

In 2015 he re-arranged the song together with Behzat Gerçeker & Enbe Orchestra, a version that topped the Kral Pop and TTNet music charts. The same year he released his first single İncir, followed by Olmazsa Olmazımsın and his debut album Aşk Adam Seçiyor. His second album, İçimdeki Duman, came out in 2016, and in May 2018 he sang the duet Şehrin Yolu with Feride Hilal Akın.

In July 2026 he was detained and subsequently arrested as part of a drugs investigation targeting well-known figures.
