İlker Avcıbay — Biography
İlker Avcıbay was born on October 1, 1978, in Adana. After a playing career as a goalkeeper, he moved into coaching, first serving as goalkeeping coach at Giresunspor.
He later took charge of Kütahyaspor for the 2025-2026 season and guided the club to a championship. Following that success, the Adana-born coach departed the club and, in the summer of 2026, agreed to become head coach of Bitlis Spor 1916.
