İbrahim Halil Yaşar is a Turkish footballer, born on January 21, 1994, in the Şahinbey district of Gaziantep, who plays as a midfielder.
He began his professional career with Gaziantepspor in 2012, appearing in two Süper Lig matches during the 2012–2013 season. He later played for lower-tier clubs including Kırıkhanspor, 24 Erzincanspor, Bayburt Özel İdarespor, and 68 Yeni Aksarayspor.
In 2016, he signed with İstiklal SSK Spor, a club in the Gaziantep Super Amateur League, continuing his career there.
