İbrahim Halil Keser (born 2 July 1997 in Adıyaman) is a Turkish footballer who played as a midfielder. Sources disagree on his birth year: Wikidata, the English Wikipedia and DBpedia give 1997, while the Turkish Wikipedia gives 1992. The majority points to 1997, though that year sits awkwardly against the 2013 Süper Lig debut recorded in the same English article, so 1992 cannot be dismissed outright.

He made his Süper Lig debut on 17 May 2013 against Mersin İdman Yurdu; Turkish coverage from that same date describes the match as a mournful farewell for the Mersin side. According to the English Wikipedia he most recently played in midfield for Gaziantepspor.

The Turkish Wikipedia line saying he "plays for Süper Lig club Gaziantepspor" is an old snapshot and cannot hold today: the club operated between 1969 and 2020 and has since folded. Because he was born in Adıyaman, he also appears in local press round-ups of footballers from the province.
