Hüseyin Yoğurtçu — Biography
Hüseyin Yoğurtçu was born on 30 June 1983 in Bursa. A left-sided defender, he began his football career at Gençlerbirliği in 1998 and stayed with the club until 2001. He was called up to the national youth teams 52 times, and in 35 appearances between the under-15 and under-19 sides he scored 2 goals.
He was loaned to Hacettepe in 2001-02, played for Yimpaş Yozgatspor from 2002 to 2004, and joined Manisaspor in 2004. In 2005-06 he was on loan at İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor, and in 2006-07 he wore the shirt of Yalovaspor. In 2007 he transferred to Kayseri Erciyesspor, then signed with 1. Lig side Boluspor for 2009-10 and played for Mersin İdman Yurdu the following season. At the start of 2011-12 he agreed a three-year deal with Ankaraspor, but the contract was terminated because of the turmoil at the club. He then moved to Adanaspor, which parted ways with him after the pre-season camp on the technical staff's report, and on the last day of the transfer window he agreed terms with Kasımpaşa. An injury suffered at Erciyesspor in 2012-13 ended his career, and he was part of the side that won the 1. Lig title.
After retiring he moved into coaching, first with İnegölspor. He later managed the amateur club Kafkas Gençlikspor and parted ways with it in November 2024.
