Hatice Bahar Özgüvenç — Biography
Hatice Bahar Özgüvenç is a Turkish former footballer turned football manager, born on 10 June 1984 in the Bakırköy district of Istanbul. After her playing career, she moved into coaching and led Beşiktaş's women's football team to the Turkish Women's First League title during the 2020-2021 season.
In the summer of 2025 she was appointed head coach of Trabzonspor's women's football team, guiding the club to its most successful season in five years during the 2025-2026 campaign. Alongside her football career, Özgüvenç has also worked as a physical education teacher, and she continues to play an active role in the development of women's football in Turkey through her coaching work.
