Hakan Demirel — Biography
İsmail Hakan Demirel (born 7 May 1986 in Erzurum) is a retired Turkish professional basketball player who played as a point guard. Standing 1.92 m tall, he was educated at Istanbul Bilgi University and competed in the Turkish Basketball Super League as well as in European club competition (EuroLeague) during his career.
Demirel retired from professional basketball in 2018 and remains recognized as one of Turkish basketball's notable point guards.
