Gözde Çığacı — Biography
Born on 17 October 1991 in Istanbul, Gözde Çığacı trained as an actress at the Acting Department of Kocaeli University's Faculty of Fine Arts, and took part in a student production during a World Theatre Day event while still at university. She has also had an interest in music since childhood alongside her acting career.
She made her screen debut in 2011 with the series Kuzey Güney, and went on to appear in numerous series including Kördüğüm, Yılanların Öcü, Bugünün Saraylısı, Sen de Gitme, Ana Yüreği, Muhteşem Yüzyıl and Balkan Ninnisi, as well as playing Hanife in the film Whisper If I Forget. She played Gül in the Star TV series Ateş Böceği alongside Nilay Deniz and Seçkin Özdemir, and has played Fındık Alazlı in the series Sevdam Karadeniz since 2026.
In her personal life, she married Tümer Gülümserler in 2020 after a long relationship; the couple decided to divorce a year later, and in 2022 she said publicly that she was glad the marriage had ended.
