Gökhan Keser

Gökhan Keser — Biography

Gökhan Keser is a versatile figure who moved from modelling to acting and then to singing. Wide audiences know him from the series Selena, from his years as Sıla's stage vocalist, and from Survivor, where he finished second in 2014. He still releases singles and performs at football clubs' championship celebrations.

His route began on the catwalk. He started modelling at fourteen, won the Miss & Mr Model contest in 2004, and was runner-up in Best Model of Turkey in 2005. At Manhunt International in China in 2006 he finished fourth in the world among entrants from 64 countries and took the Mr. Photogenic title. During those years he studied acting with Ayla Algan and took singing lessons from several teachers. The 104-episode ATV series Selena (2006-2009) gave him his first leading role; he then focused on music, sang backing vocals on a Zerrin Özer album, and appeared in Sıla's videos and on her albums. His duet with Sıla, "Hadi Ordan", came out in 2011, and his self-titled album followed on Sony Music in 2012.

In 2014 he reached the Survivor final and placed second, and in 2022 he returned for Survivor 2022: All Star. Later singles included "Bul Beni", "Yangın" and "Yalan", while on screen he kept working in Atçalı Kel Mehmet, Mahsusa and Sen Benimsin.
