Gökdeniz Gürpüz — Biography
Gökdeniz Gürpüz was born on 25 February 2006 in Duisburg, Germany. A dual Turkish-German citizen, the central midfielder began his career in Germany before choosing to represent Turkey, the country of his family's roots, at youth international level.
He joined Galatasaray's first team in September 2023 after coming through the club's academy and was part of the squad during a Süper Lig championship-winning campaign. He left the Istanbul club at the end of the 2025-26 season and, in July 2026, signed with German 3. Liga side 1. FC Saarbrücken, continuing his career in the country of his birth.
