Furkan Kızılay — Biography

Furkan Kızılay is a Turkish actor and singer, born on 30 November 1990 in Istanbul. He studied in the Information Technologies Department at Kadir Has University.

Starting his career as a child, Kızılay became etched in the memory of millions in Turkey with the character Havuç (Emre) he portrayed in the series Çocuklar Duymasın, which began airing in 2002. In cinema he appeared in Hannas: Karanlıkta Saklanan (2015) and Organik Aşk Hikayeleri (2017), and on television in the series Aslan Ailem (2017).

He stepped into music in 2009 with the album Aşksın Sen and released a total of five albums including Herşey Senle, Karamel Kokun, Ecem and Vura Vura. In 2017 he competed as a contestant on Survivor. In 2026 he made headlines by leaving Istanbul with his wife Tutku Yılmaz to start a new life close to nature; his candid confessions about the Çocuklar Duymasın years were also widely discussed that year.
