Fuat Buruk — Biography
Fuat Buruk, born on 23 February 1965 in Istanbul, is a former Turkish footballer who played as a midfielder for clubs such as Konyaspor, Bakırköyspor and İstanbulspor. After retiring from playing, he moved into coaching and most recently managed second-tier side Isparta 32.
He is also the older brother of Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk, and during the 2025-2026 season he became a recurring voice in the Turkish sports press, commenting on the team's matches and, in May 2026, on his brother's contract situation with the club.
