Feyyaz Uçar — Biography
Feyyaz Uçar (born 27 October 1963), nicknamed "Kibar Feyzo", is a former Turkish international footballer and coach. Most sources give his birthplace as Istanbul, while some record Antalya.
A striker, he became closely identified with Beşiktaş and is counted among the club's legends. He finished the 1989-90 season as the top scorer in the Turkish league, and when he retired on 31 May 1997 he stood sixth on the list of the league's all-time leading scorers, with sources putting his total at either 191 or 197 goals. He moved into coaching after his playing career.
In December 2025 he announced the death of his three-and-a-half-month-old grandson, Can Arbay. Clubs including Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe sent messages of condolence and the wider Turkish football community rallied around the family.
