Fatih Erkoç — Biography

Mehmet Fatih Erkoç (born 7 April 1953 in the Fatih district of Istanbul) is a Turkish musician, composer and songwriter working mainly in jazz and popular music. Alongside singing he plays several instruments, the trombone above all.

He has combined performing with composition and arrangement throughout his career, and his songs have also been used in Turkish film and television; screen databases credit him in the music and soundtrack departments, among others for the series "Bir Aile Hikâyesi" (2019).

He has remained an active concert performer into the 2020s, appearing in cities such as Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya, and in January 2026 presenting a programme of Dario Moreno songs at the CSO Ada concert hall in Ankara.
