Fahri Kerem Ay is a Turkish professional footballer born in 2005 in the Erdemli district of Mersin. A central midfielder, he came through the youth ranks and into the Süper Lig squad of Beşiktaş.
In August 2025, Beşiktaş announced that the young player had been loaned out to First League (1. Lig) side İstanbulspor, and he began featuring for İstanbulspor from the 2025–26 season onward.
