Ersin Demir — Biography

Ersin Demir was born on 8 December 1977 in Cologne, Germany, and holds dual Turkish-German citizenship. A forward by trade, he played professionally for a broad range of German and Turkish clubs, including Alemannia Aachen, Erzgebirge Aue, Ingolstadt 04, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Samsunspor, Chemnitzer FC and FC Augsburg, moving between Germany's lower divisions and Turkey's top flight over the course of his career.

After hanging up his boots, Demir moved into coaching, most recently taking charge of Ingolstadt 04's reserve side, Ingolstadt 04 II.
